I am a PhD student in the Computational Biology PhD program advised by Prof. Allon Wagner. My research interests broadly lie in developing novel computational methods for robustly analyzing high-throughput single-cell RNA sequencing and spatial transcriptomics data. With these computational tools, I aim to characterize the diverse cell states and biological processes that arise in various immunological and disease contexts, with the ultimate goal of leveraging these insights to develop novel therapies. Outside of the lab, I enjoy running, playing soccer and playing classical piano.
